This page explains how WAVE Agency handles its work with clients.
1. Services
WAVE provides marketing services to businesses under monthly packages and one-time projects. The exact scope, deliverables and fees are confirmed in writing before work starts.
2. Fees and ad spend
Monthly fees cover strategy, production and management. Advertising budgets paid to platforms such as Facebook and Instagram are separate and approved by the client.
3. Revisions and approvals
Two consolidated revision rounds are included per piece of content. Turnaround times start once a complete brief and the required materials are received.
4. Ownership
Once paid for, final approved creative is licensed to the client for use in their own marketing. WAVE may show completed work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
