This page explains how WAVE Agency handles your information.
1. What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us:
- Enquiries: your name, business name, phone number, email and message when you use the contact form.
- Job applications: your name, contact details, portfolio link, CV and anything else you include.
- Newsletter: your email address when you subscribe.
We also use privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without cookies or personal profiles.
2. How we use it
We use your details only to reply to you, prepare proposals, review job applications, send the newsletter you asked for and deliver the services you sign up for. We never sell your information.
3. Services that help us
A few trusted providers process information on our behalf: Brevo sends form emails and the newsletter, and Vercel hosts this website. Each handles your data under its own privacy terms and only to provide its service to us.
4. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics or advertising cookies in future, we will only use them after you accept them in the cookie notice, and you can change your choice at any time.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and client records for as long as we work together and as required for accounts. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in every email.
6. Customer feedback portal
Feedback recorded by a client's team in the portal does not require a customer's name or phone number. Business owners can see their own data; WAVE uses it only to prepare that business's monthly review.
7. Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
